In accordance with the decision of 28 February 2018, any person who believes they have suffered harm related to the non-compliance with paragraphs 6, 9, or 11 of Article 16 of the European regulation may contact the Observatory of Just Culture. After examining the documents provided by this person, as well as those made available by their employer, the observatory will issue an opinion to that person. It should be noted that the opinions issued carry no binding force.
